(WSVN) – South Florida pet proprietors say their animals have been injured through appointments with the same cell grooming business. Lawsuits have been filed, and a police office is investigating. 7’s Karen Hensel has tonight’s exclusive assignment report, “Grooming Grief.”

Karma was just 6 months previous and fighting for her everyday living.

Dquaan Charles, pet proprietor: “I was, like, stunned, devastated. I imagine it’s abuse, neglect, almost everything.”

Before that working day, her operator, Dquaan Charles, employed a cell groomer to give her a bathtub and trim her nails.

But after, she was carried back, limp.
