Owner of Orlando area’s only Black-owned dog groomer starts off support fund for lower-cash flow pet owners

ORLANDO, Fla. – Lashonda Geffrard states she operates the Orlando area’s initial Black-owned pet grooming salon.

Geffrard explained she’s usually experienced a massive heart for animals. Not remaining allowed to have pets of her very own as a kid, she said she commenced having care of friends’ animals — grooming them on the patio of her Pine Hills home.
