On March 4, 1943, Lillie was born to Enrique Quiroz and Anastacia Mendez in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Later immediately after superior university, she continued her instruction and attended faculty, getting an EEG Technician Certification. Lillie was the beloved spouse of Robert Harbach, whom she married on November 18, 1978, in Roswell, New Mexico. Prior to retirement, she worked for numerous several years as an EEG Technician at St. Mary’s Clinic and Jap New Mexico Medical Middle. Lillie kindly donated to Daystar and Jimmy Swaggart Ministries. She was a devoted member of Church on the Go in Roswell, in which she enjoyed teaching the word of God. Lillie loved to prepare dinner for her relatives and close friends, especially for Xmas it was her favourite getaway. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy lover and relished also fishing. Lillie’s household will carry fond memories of her, and all will enormously overlook her.
